Why is my Chuck's Very Important Sunscreen not coming out when I press it?
Our Chuck's Very Important Sunscreen is made with an airless pump which means it does not contain a straw. On your first use, make sure to activate the vacuum inside the bottle by pressing on the pump at least 10 to 15 times or until your product is dispensed.

Are all your products unisex ?
All our products are unisex. Please refer to the sizing chart provided for better sizing reference.
Will there be a restock for sold out items?
Every item in each Motherchuckers collection is made in limited quantities which unfortunately means there will be no restock for sold out sizes/items.
What are your after care instructions for your clothing?
Machine wash in cold water, tumble dry low, remove promptly and do not bleach.
Please separate your whites and coloured clothing to avoid any colour transfer during your laundry cycle.

Can I use multiple promo codes at checkout?

I haven't received my order confirmation email, what should I do?
If you have not received your order confirmation email within 24 hours of making your purchase, please check your spam mailbox or drop us an email at email@example.com with your order number and we'll look into it for you.
What form of payment is accepted?
We only accept Visa or Mastercard credit and debit card payments. Only for Malaysian orders, we also accept GrabPay and GrabPayLater.
I've been charged wrongly for my purchase, what should I do?
Oh no! We're so sorry about that! Please drop an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line "Help! I've been charged wrongly for my order!" and include any details and receipts you have in your email.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. If you have not received any tracking after 7 days, please check your spam/ junk mailbox or reach out to us as soon as you can at email@example.com
How do I cancel my order?
All sales are final and we do not accept any cancellations once order has been confirmed.
Can I combine my orders?
We are unable to make any amendments to orders once they are successfully processed.
Can I include a gift messages in my order?
We do not currently offer gift messages for our orders, but don't worry, we are constantly trying to improve and provide a better shopping experience for our Motherchucker's in the future.

When will my order be shipped?
All orders will take 1 - 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to be fulfilled and shipped.

We do not accepts pickup or delivery requests on all orders made.

We currently ship to:

How much is national and international shipping?

Does the shipping cost for international order include customs, duties and/or taxes?
Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the total price of the merchandise upon checkout. We ship all international orders delivery duties unpaid (DDU), which means additional fees may/or may not occur once the parcel reaches its destination and must be paid by the recipient.
Why is my international shipment taking so long to arrive?
Please allow up to 7 -14 days for international shipments to arrive. International shipping may be delayed due to many unforeseen circumstances and custom clearance processes.
Are there any restrictions with shipping items internationally?
Please note that we are unable to ship Chuck’s Very Important Sunscreen to the following countries: The United States and Canada.

All skincare sales are final. Due to hygiene & safety concerns, we do not accept any exchanges or returns for skincare items.
All merchandise purchased is marked as final and is NOT ELIGIBLE for returns and/or refunds. Please note that exchanges/refunds are only available for items that has manufacturing defects. If you have received a defective item, please ensure that the product is unused with no additional damage, and remains in its original packaging with no evidence of service, alteration, wear, fragrance, or blemishes of any kind. You may contact us at email@example.com stating your order ID along with photo proof to further the matter.
